How is the certificate delivered: by e-mail or by post?
Both, in that order. As soon as the manufacturer sends us the certificate, you receive its digital copy as a PDF by e-mail and in your customer area. If you chose the paper original, it leaves the same or the next day by tracked mail to the address you gave.

The digital copy is included in every order. It is a PDF of the document issued by the manufacturer, as we receive it, with its numbered fields (0.1 to 52) and the signature of the homologation department. It reaches you by e-mail and remains downloadable in your customer area.
The paper original is an option chosen at the second step of the order. The manufacturer sends it to us, or ships it directly depending on the brand; we forward the tracking number. Delivery is available throughout the European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, with a shipping fee shown before payment according to the country.
Which format to choose? In France, the digital copy is enough for the vast majority of online ANTS procedures. Some offices abroad, notably in Belgium, still ask for the original: check with the office that will register the vehicle, or choose paper to be safe — the price of the certificate itself does not change.
