Are there hidden fees? Does the price differ between paper and digital?
No. The price shown when you enter the VIN is the final price, incl. VAT, digital copy included. The certificate itself costs the same whatever the format; only tracked shipping of the paper original is charged extra, and it is shown before payment.

We show the full price from the start, before you even enter your details. There are no file fees, no “processing” surcharge and no surprise after payment.
What can be added, always your choice and visible in the summary:
- shipping of the paper original by tracked mail, whose cost depends on the delivery country;
- a certificate translation (certificate translation (sworn translation on quotation) on quotation), only useful if your registration office demands it;
- registration support, a review of your file before submission.
Some brands are offered on quotation: we publish no price until the manufacturer’s tariff is confirmed, and you pay nothing before receiving that firm price.
If the manufacturer cannot issue the certificate, you are refunded in full.
