Refund policy

• Document impossible to obtain: vehicle without European type approval, make that does not issue a COC, vehicle built more than ten years ago (art. 36 of Regulation (EU) 2018/858), manufacturer no longer trading.
• Withdrawal within 14 days, on the terms of the corresponding article of our terms of sale.
• Error attributable to Homologa: document not matching the order, wrong make, incorrect data on our side.
• Cancellation before we start: as long as no approach has been made to the manufacturer.

Where the Customer expressly asked us to start immediately and the manufacturer has already charged fees, those fees are deducted from the refund. They are evidenced and never exceed the amount actually incurred.

Services already performed and delivered (a translation supplied, a parcel already dispatched) remain payable.

1. From your customer area, open the order and use “Request a refund”.
2. Or write to contact@homologa.eu quoting your order reference.
3. We acknowledge within 2 working days and confirm the amount and timing.

Refunds are made no later than 14 days after the request is accepted, using the same payment method as the order, unless otherwise agreed. A credit note may be offered as an alternative; it is never imposed.

A numbered credit invoice is always issued and made available in your customer area.

A delay alone does not give rise to a refund of the service but to the gesture provided for by the lead-time guarantee. If the delay becomes such that the service loses its purpose for you, write to us: we consider terminating the contract case by case, in line with article L216-6 of the French Consumer Code.
