Homologa

Homologa for businesses

If the Certificate of Conformity is recurring friction in your business, this offer removes the repetitive part: a company account, batch or API ordering, one invoice a month, and someone who knows your makes.

Who this is for

  • Car brokers importing from Germany, Belgium, Spain or the Netherlands.
  • Garages and dealerships taking in vehicles from another Member State.
  • Traders buying in batches from rental or leasing companies.
  • Rental and fleet managers reselling their vehicles abroad.
  • Bodybuilders and importers dealing with multi-stage files.

What changes compared with a one-off order

Batch ordering

Submit a list of VINs: every line is qualified separately and you see immediately which ones cannot succeed.

REST API

VIN check, order creation and tracking, status webhooks. A sandbox key lets you integrate without being invoiced.

Monthly invoicing

One statement at the end of the month instead of paying file by file, under the terms agreed when the account opens.

Qualified upfront

We check origin and availability before opening the file: no invoice for a document that cannot be issued.

Hard cases welcome

Converted vans, N2/N3, motorhomes, vehicles over ten years old: we tell you plainly what is feasible.

Consolidated tracking

All your orders in one place, with status, announced date and downloadable documents.

Pricing

Public per-make prices apply by default. Above a regular volume, volume pricing is set on quotation, based on your main makes and monthly volume.

We publish no business price list: it depends too much on the mix of makes for a single figure to mean anything. Describe your activity and we answer with numbers.

From €159 incl. VAT

Opening an account

  1. Write to us with your activity, your usual makes and your estimated monthly volume.
  2. We send a price proposal and the invoicing terms.
  3. The company account is created, with your users and, if you want one, a sandbox API key.
  4. You order in batches or through the API; invoicing follows the agreed rhythm.
