Customer reviews
Every review published here comes from a customer we actually served. We also publish the rate at which we met the announced lead time, computed from our delivered orders — even when it is not flattering.

Our first reviews are on their way
Homologa is a young service: we show no rating until we have received reviews from customers who were actually delivered. Every customer is invited to leave a review after receiving their certificate; we publish them as they are, positive or not.
How we collect and publish reviews
- Who can leave a review? Only a customer whose order has been delivered. The invitation is sent automatically a few days after the certificate is delivered, with a personal link.
- No invented, bought or self-written review. A fake review is a misleading commercial practice (art. L.121-2 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). We publish none, not even to “seed” the page.
- Moderation limited to the law. We only remove abusive content, third parties’ personal data and reviews unrelated to the service. A negative review is published like a positive one.
- Real delay shown. When the order is found, we display the number of working days actually elapsed between payment and delivery — that is the figure that matters.
- Right of reply. We answer reviews publicly, negative ones in particular, within 48 working hours.
- External reviews. Reviews imported from a third-party platform (Trustpilot, Google) are flagged as such, with their source.
- Average rating and structured data. The average is shown from one published review; the AggregateRating markup for search engines is only emitted from 5 reviews.
