How long does it take to receive a certificate of conformity?
The lead time depends on the manufacturer: from 2 to 30 working days depending on the brand, counted from payment and a complete file. The lead time announced for your brand is shown before payment, and you receive the digital copy by e-mail as soon as the manufacturer sends us the document.

The certificate is issued by the manufacturer’s homologation department. Some answer within a few working days; others process requests in batches or through a national importer and need several weeks. That is why we show a lead time per brand, the one we actually observe, rather than a global average.
The lead time starts from:
- payment of the order;
- and a complete file: VIN checked, no anomaly reported by the manufacturer.
It is expressed in working days: weekends and public holidays do not count, nor do some manufacturers’ annual shutdowns. The price list shows the announced lead time for each brand, and the lead-time barometer shows the times observed on our recent files.
If the manufacturer exceeds the announced lead time, our lead-time guarantee applies. We never promise an “immediate” document: nobody can shorten the manufacturer’s internal processing.
