How do I open a business account and order in volume?
Write to us describing your activity, your usual brands and your monthly volume: we reply with pricing and invoicing terms. The company account is then created with your users. You order in bulk by uploading a list of VINs, or through the API, and receive a single monthly invoice.
Do you offer an API to integrate certificate ordering?
Yes. The REST API lets you check a VIN, obtain price and lead time, create an order, follow its status and receive webhooks at every change. A sandbox key is provided when the business account is opened, so you can integrate without being invoiced. The documentation is public.
How do monthly invoicing and intra-EU VAT work?
Business customers with a company account receive a single invoice at month end, payable by transfer on the terms set at account opening. A company established in another Member State with a valid intra-EU VAT number is invoiced without VAT under the reverse charge; a French company is invoiced with VAT at the standard rate.
