Does Homologa carry out vehicle homologation (individual approval)?
No. Homologa obtains from the manufacturer the certificate of conformity (COC) of a vehicle already type-approved in Europe and supports the registration of an imported vehicle. Technical homologation of a vehicle without a COC (individual approval) is a different procedure, which we do not perform.

The name Homologa refers to conformity with the approved type, which the COC certifies — not to the technical homologation of a vehicle.
- What we do: obtain the COC from the manufacturer’s homologation department, deliver the digital copy (paper original optional) and support imported vehicle registration.
- What we do not do: individual approval, inspections by the national technical authority, homologation of modified vehicles or of vehicles imported from outside the EU without European type approval.
